Wet & murram roads

Wet tarmac can double your braking distance. Loose murram offers even less grip, and a sudden brake can cause a skid.

Good to know

After the first rain, oil and dust lift to the surface and the road is at its most slippery. Leave a bigger gap and brake gently and early.
